Shiraz - Dark ruby purple; blackberry, red liquorice, vanilla bean and plum aromas; dry, full-bodied, softly structured with flavours of plum, ripe berry and a sweet fruit centre; long spicy finish.
Merlot - Medium ruby red colour; candied fruit, vanilla, light spice aromas and flavours; not quite dry, medium bodied, with sweet fruit centre and a soft, lush finish.
Chardonnay - Deep yellow; Aromas of butterscotch, vanilla and baked apple fruit; Dry, medium to full bodied, with tropical notes, apple, pear fruit flavours; Medium length on crisp finish.
